Tragic bus accident in Peruvian Andes claims at least 20 lives

A bus accident in the Peruvian Andes mountains left at least 20 people dead on Tuesday, a local police colonel said on local radio outlet RPP. Jhonny Rolando Valderrama, head of a highway protection division, told RPP that the accident occurred on the Los Libertadores highway in the Ayacucho region, located in the south-central Andes.
